Course Description | The course aims to develop the student’s knowledge on law within the major domains of fundamentals and general rules of law, sources of law - fundamental rights and freedoms in law, legal rules, some legal concepts, sanctions in law, courts, branches of law and the Turkish legal system, legal event - legal act - legal transaction - contract - unjust enrichment, branches of law and the Turkish legal system, introduction to international protection and organisations in law. In summary the course is to make students explore and develop issues on every aspect of law. |
